I built a paid learning program to help someone develop new skills and earn money. It ended after just 17 minutes. I’d spent a lot of time thinking about what I could offer and came away wondering how well I’d understood what the other person wanted.
A friend asked me to give his son some life advice. At first I refused. How could I tell him what to do when I had no idea what it was like to be his age today? In the end, we met at a coffee shop.
